Sorry for the delay in replying you,
I have gone through your query and have also viewed the attached report,
The values given are in the normal range for thalassemia trait. HbF is measured to look for alpha thalassemia and HbA2 is looked for to rule out beta thalassemia. HbA2 alone does not rule out beta thalassemia because its values may vary if there is co-existing iron deficiency.
But as per her blood counts, she do not seem to have any anemia or deficiency as such, though you could test for iron binding capacity and serum iron storage to rule out iron deficiency.
