Brief Answer:
Primary hypothroidism

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HCM. Thanks for posting the question.

Your reports is showing primary hypothyroidism - under active thyroid. You need to be on replacement thyroxine.

The usual starting dose of thyroxine is 1.5-1.7 mcg per Kg body weight. So if you are around 70 kg , you can be started on 100 mcg of thyroxine daily morning empty stomach. Please consult a physician before starting medications.

If you have any further questions, I will be happy to help.

Regards
Dr Ajish TP
