I understand your concern.
After analysing your reports i am able to notice subtle changes in your haemogram(CBC).
Haemogram is showing borderline microcytic anaemia.
The level of thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH) is elevated.
Elevated TSH might be due to a condition called HYPOTHYROIDISM.

5.Cold intolerance
6.Muscle cramps and frequent muscle aches

There is nothing to worry.
With in 2-3 weeks most of the symptoms will disappear.
Thyroid profile need to be repeated after 2-3 weeks.
Thyroxin tablets need to be taken early in morning with little water on empty stomach.
Avoid taking any food for 30-45mins after taking thyroid tablet, since food may decrease the absorption of the medication.

TPO antibodies are commonly seen in Autoimmune thyroid
Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
Good day.
TPO antibodies are thyroid specific antibodies, they are the reason for destruction of the thyroid gland.
As per the report they are elevated.
This condition might be called as Hashimoto's disease. For accurate diagnosis it's advisable to go for Fine needle aspiration cytology study(FNAC).
These antibodies will get reduced in due course of time.
