Question : Hi Doctor ,
I delivered a baby in XXXXXXX 2017 and I was using 125mcg in pregnancy.when I tested thyroid post delivery in XXXXXXX it was normal.Then reduced dose to 100mcg.
Attached is the test result for which I have taken recently.Observed that TSH levels are not normal.Please suggest on the dose which I can take now.

Regrets for the same. I am not able to upload report here due to technical problem in website.Please find the report details as below :
date of test : 25 apr,2017
T3 : 1.07
T4 : 7.85
TSH : 0.010

Also the hairfall is heavy .can you please suggest any medication/steps for this as well.

may I know since when you are on thyroxine 100mcg?

From past 3.5 months i am using 100mcg Thyronorm. I haven't started with my periods and yes iam breastfeeding my baby. Hairfall is heavy now and apart from that i dont have any other complaints right now.

so you might need a little dose reduction. say you may bring your thyronorm to 88 mcg every day.
for hair fall. yes you may continue your iron, calcium, vitamin D and b12 supplements.

Can you please suggest on supplement names for iron , calcium, D nd B12.i was using zincovit earlier but not taking anything right now

calcium plus b12 = cap adtrol plus / becotrol once a day after lunch
