Brief Answer:
not concerning for cancer
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.
The first ultrasound is totally normal. Endometrial thickness in premenopausal women depends on time of cycle and 11 mm is OK in the later part of cycle. Hence the radiologist has commented that it is normal.
Now the second one shows some cysts in uterus. Cysts are not concerning for cancer and are mostly benign. Endometrial thickness is lower than the first.
These ultrasounds don't explain painful intercourse and pelvic pain. What were the pap smear findings? Depending on that, further evaluation to be decided. Otherwise nothing more may be required at this time.
Hope this helps. I will be available for follow up.
