Paratyphi 1:160 means you are having infection with Salmonella Paratyphi . Its almost same as Typhoid fever.
There is nothing to be worried about , but you need to be started on Antibiotic course for 7-10 .
In my practise I treat my patients with dual antibiotic combination . I advise you to consult your doctor for prescription of Antibiotics .
