What Does This Ultrasound Report During 9 Weeks Of Pregnancy Indicate?

Hi XXXXXXX I have reviewed your wife's report and understand your concerns. The report shows a fetus with growth less than the gestation age of pregnancy, and absence of cardiac activity in the fetus. Cardiac activity should appear in the fetus in the ultrasound by maximum 6 weeks of gestation.
By her last menstrual period, your wife is 9 weeks 5 days pregnant, but there is no cardiac activity in the fetus and thus it is a missed abortion. The cause of the abortion is likely the subchorionic collection, which occurs due to hemorrhage in the fetal membranes.
I will suggest her to get the surgical abortion done for the termination of pregnancy.
