What Does This Ultrasound Report During Pregnancy Indicate?
Question: hi i whent to my first ultrasound test. and they said they couldnt see anything , they just gave me a report but i dont understand it i hope you can help .
it says ;
A small cystic structure in the endometrium w/o a double decidual sac sign to give evidence of intrauterine pregnancy. It measures 0.9 x 0.9 x 0.8 cm. No fetal pole is identified. There is a small amount of fluid in the cervical canal. The uterus and adnexae otherwise appear unremarkable.
Impression - No Definite Intrauterine pregnancy with small cystic focus in the endometrium which is indeterminate.

2) It should have fetal pole inside which is not seen yet.
3) Wait for a week and repeat the scan to see fetal pole inside.
4) Let me know if you have regular cycles and what was your last period daate ?

My LMP was on May 12th but i have never had regural periods ..

If your LMP was on May 12, clearly fetal pole and fetal heart beat should have been seen by now. This appears to be non viable pregnancy.
Only hope is delayed ovulation due to irregular periods.
Get an ultrasound scan done after about 10 days to confirm the pregnancy.
