What Does This Ultrasound Report During Pregnancy Indicate?

Question: Hi my partner and I went for first ultra sound 2 and half weeks ago had a gestural sac and yok she said 5 weeks and 4 days and to come back in 2 weeks .
Went again on sat and the gestural sac had grown a lot and she said she thought it was a feral pole and yok and cord between . No Heart beat tho she measured and said dates were wrong and we were only 5 and half weeks now and to come back next week again to check for heart beat I am stressed and concerned does this sound ok

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
If the gestational sac was measuring 5 weeks in last ultrasound, and the sac has grown over time, then the cardiac activity should have come by now.
However, if the cardiac activity has not come by now, then it can be a missed abortion.
Confirmed diagnosis can be made only after a repeat scan one week later to check for the cardiac activity.

So she couldnt have mistaken measurement she said on sat everythimg looked ok and it now measured 5 weeks and 4 days , but to come back on sat for another one is she just trying to keep us positive , i feel if she said come back in a week she has concerns and maybe just ryimg to keep our hopes up , im thinking not good but trying not to stress partner out
