Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX XXXX, Hi & Welcome.
Thanks for posting your query on healthcare magic.
I have gone through the query, various blood tests, ultrasound guided liver elastography, & video colonoscopy etc done during December 2015.
You seem to have developed side effect due to the use of XXXXXXX Retard tablet which is reflected in the form of high Gamma glutamate transferase & Alkaline phosphatase levels. Besides, there's fatty liver with mild liver fibrosis.
These changes are quite reversible upon discontinuing the suspected medicine XXXXXXX Retard.
I would therefore advise you to consult your treating physician/psychiatrist for an alternate but a safer medicine like SSRI for the treatment of mood disorders.
Hope the suggestion given would be useful.
Best wishes.

I have already consulted with my doctor for changing of XXXXXXX retard. he change to lithium but it was not suitable to me.
actually in mood disorder my mania phase affect me too much. i can manage the depression phase but mania phase is not manageable.
can you suggest me any other medicine for treating my mood disorder
second what is the suggestive medicine for liver. presently i am taking udiliv 300. is this right medicine.
Benzodiazepines/Atypical antipsychotics
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX XXXXX, Hi & Welcome back.
Thanks for your reply.
1. The alternate effective medications for the mania phase of Bipolar disorder can be Benzodiazepines (Clonazepam/Lorazepam), Atypical antipsychotics (Olanzapine/Risperidone).
2. Had I been your treating physician I would have advised you to take Reheptin Tablet which is basically a liver protective as it improves the liver function following liver damage caused by certain drugs or alcohol.
3. Udiliv 300 (Ursodeoxycholic Acid) is found to be useful to dissolve gallstones in patients who do not want surgery.
Hope I could answer your query.
Wishing you best of your health.
