What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Question: Hi,
My wife is having pregnancy of around 13 weeks.today we have done NT scan.
Need detail analysis of report any any complication in her pregnancy.

Congratulations on her pregnancy!
I have gone through her ultrasound report and it is very common finding in early pregnancy, so you should not take any stress.
Notch shows resistance of blood flow to placenta.
If notch persist after 22 weeks than it may cause pregnancy induced hypertension, low birth weight, premature delivery.
But at this stage no need to worry!
Get repeat ultrasound as advice before.

I Still have few questions as this is our first baby.
1)Is Reports looks normal ?
2)My wife weight is currently 41kg can it cause any problem in future.
3)Does the baby growth is fine with current age.
4)Do you suggest any suggestion for morning sickness as my wife is still facing this problem and not able to take proper diet.

1)Yes,report look like normal.
2)She should gain 10-12 kg.weight during 9 months period for proper growth of baby.
3)Yes,baby growth is fine.
4) She can take doxinate tablet for morning sickness.Dry toast in early morning.
