What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?
Can you explain these pshrases to me?
Following answer to your queries...
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.
Before answering your queries I would like to have a scan copy of your ultrasound results. Can you, please upload the requested data for me?
From what I read however I would like to make the following comments:
1- Your carotid arteries are tortuous and create a doppler impression for hemodynamic stenosis.
2- Your arterial wave forms are normal.
3- An elevated systolic ICA/CCA ratio is indicative for arterial stenosis however, I would like to know the exact ratio values.
4- Your vertebral arteries are antegrade which is normal anatomical orientation.
I 'm waiting for the requested data to be uploaded.
Meantime, Wish you health!

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
I would try to explain you in a simple way so you would be able to understand the test results.
On the first answer what I meant was that your carotid arteries are tortuous. This may be responsible for the abnormal hemodynamic parameters that gave the impression of carotid arteries blockage or stenosis (it's not a real stenosis, this abnormal hemodynamic findings are caused by the tortuosity of carotid artery).
On the third answer I would like to say that if the ratio is above 4 than this finding is a sign for carotid artery blockage. Otherwise, your findings may be related to the tortuosity of carotid artery and not to the carotid artery blockage.
Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
