What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Question: i had sex with my bf on 23 of august. i was suppose to get my periods on 30.august. There were no periods so i did a pregnancy test on 6 of september which was positive. I did my ultrasound on 15.9.2015 which shows early pregnancy. the reports of the ultrasound are attached. can i have mtp when the person doing the ultrasound told me that there is just early pregancy but cannot tell the exact location of the baby. she said to repeat the test after two weeks so that the position of the baby is seen correctly so that mtp can work.
my question are
can i take the mtp at this stage
i am vomiting a lot and stomach is also paining what should i do for that.
will mtp work after five weeks.
it just been 16 days since i was suppose to get my last periods so is it normal ultrasound report as to see nothing this early.

MTP only after confirming location of pregnancy

Hi,

I understand your concerns about MTP.

It is important to know the exact location of pregnancy by ultrasound scan before taking MTP. Therefore I suggest get transvaginal ultrasound scan done after one week which will definitely predict location of pregnancy.

Pregnancy can be terminated by MTP after that. There is no problem.

As of now it is not advisable to get MTP done without knowing location of pregnancy.

we will prefer an ultrasound so after how many weeks should we go for ultrasound. in the last ultrasound that after 14 days i had eaten food and also i had vomited and also there was no pressure of urine. after how many days should we repeat the ultrasound so that the mtp will work
