The uterus is anteverted measuring 7.4 x 3.3 x 4cm. There is a small
posterior fundal fibroid of 7mm. The myometrium otherwise appears normal.
The endometrial echo appears normal measuring 7mm.
The right ovary has a volume of 10.2cc and the left a volume of 7.9cc.

in size but without a dominant follicle. The majority are peripheral.
While not classic polycystic ovary appearance, this could reflect polycystic
ovaries.
There is a normal examination
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for trusting to us.
From the answer of ultrasound examination there doesn't seem any serious issue.
Anteverted uterus - is basically a uterus that tilts slightly forward in a woman’s pelvis and is normal.
Uterine measures are within normal range at your age.
Fundal fibroid -is a benign ,compact tumor that is made of smooth muscle cells and fibrous connective tissue that develop in the uterus, and is very small .
Fibroids should be follow -up every 6 month to one year by ultarsound.
Ovaries volume is within normal range .
While structure of ovaries -could reflect polycystic ovaries ,this vary from regularity of your periods.
If your periods are regular and you have enough blood flow during cycle there is nothing to worry.
Hope I have explained you .
All the best
