What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Question: hii ... im 38th week of pregnent . went for scan last week. doctor told me my baby head is big. hc was 335mm and ac was 310mm bpd 95mm.. my due date is dec1. is it possible for me to have normal delevery??
Brief Answer:
Depends on pelvic cavity space
Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
See the parameters on ultrasound as stated are not very big and thus it is not compulsory that you will not deliver normally but if as per your gynecologist the head is big for your pelvic cavity then any dimension will not pass from the cavity.
So your gynecologist is the best deciding person

Y it is mention like >42w in hc and bpd..but in ac and fm it is mention like 37 and 38th respectively. please clear me.
Brief Answer:
Relative to pelvis it can be big, small or adequate
Detailed Answer:
See it is a computerized calculation and as I told you it is the relation of size of head to size of your pelvis which matters and if the pelvis is roomy then an average or even a big head can pass.
So main assessment is by the gynecologist only.
If she feels your pelvis is inadequate for the baby then cesarean will be the only option.
But in case you still want a trial of normal delivery then it can be given a trial under strict watch on fetal heart and dilatation of mouth of uterus.
Take care
