What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?
Question: hi doctor, my ultra sound report says MSD CORRESPONDING TO 3-4 WEEKS. POD - minimal free fluid seen. left ovary shows corpus luteal cyst measuring 2x1.5cms.
my granny had uterus cancer, aunt is having breast cancer. my mother too had uterus cancer. am having bad pelvic pain from last 1 month. and bleeding while am going to toilet. does this lead to any concern. what further test i should do.
I have planned for MTP as i dont want to carry baby now.

I would like you to get a bHCG blood test and then accordingly if the levels are corresponding to a healthy pregnancy or not.
Seeing your findings it is better to be double sure that the pregnancy is intrauterine and not a tubal ectopic pregnancy.
In case you want to abort the pregnancy then visit a gynecologist soon after the report and then decide accordingly.
