2- current wight is 40-45 but not sure
Her growth is appropriate - no emergency but she needs to be under followup
Detailed Answer:
Hi.... buy her current rate I can assure you that she is growing well.
But she also has got fast breathing which is a sign that she needs to be under regular follow up. I suggest that you be under regular follow up with your pediatrician at least 15 days once and she needs a paediatric cardiac echocardiogram at least 3 months once initially and later on 6 month or yearly once.
These are the danger signs when you need to rush her to the nearest Emergency Room -
1. Swelling of feet.
2. Abdominal distention.
3. Very fast breathing up to the level of becoming Breathless.
4. Inability to feed.
5. High grade fever.
6. Not passing urine at least 6 hourly once, that means she needs to pass urine at least 4 times in 24 hour period.
If any of these symptoms develop please take her to the nearest Emergency Room.
Regards - Dr. Sumanth
