What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?
Question: A few years ago I had hernia surgery to repair one in the groin and the navel! Since then I have had an ultra sound done on my scrotum for swelling! Hydrogel D was the outcome and I wad gold to not worry about it! That was two years ago and I still have it. Also, I can not get an errection anymore! What should I do?

Read and reviewed your query facts in context to your health issue of scrotal swelling post hernia for last 2 yrs with lac of erection lately.
My Impression-
In the given scenario-In My opinion- you seem to have Hydrocele with ?hidden Varicocele in post- hernia repair period,causing testicular atrophy.
These things need to be fixed by proper investigations with Surgeon and Urologist.
Other causes need to be ruled out by Consultation with Surgeon and Urologist.
Do's Suggested-
Hence I would suggest Consultation with Surgeon and Urologist who would physically examination
and would get USG scan with Color Doppler of the Scrotum and groin area,on side of the scrotal swelling.
Get the testosterone levels simultaneously.
Keep Me updated after the above execution,if need be.
