Hi and thank you for asking on HCM!
You are reporting to have had hepatitis C recovered 8 years ago.
With regards to the bleeding under the skin there si nothing to be worried since your PT time is normal and the other tests of liver function are normal (albumin level, platele and transaminases)
This is why I think that your underskirt bleeding is not related with liver issues.
You are reporting that you have mild fatty liver.
To my opinion you need to take care of you diet avoid fatty and sweet foods.
It is important to increase physical activity

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
Let me explain again.
The fact that your liver function tests are normal rules out liver issues as a cause of under skin bleeding.
The mechanism how alcohol cause liver damage is related with the death of liver cells.
Liver cells produce and metabolise proteins , albumin and prothrombine . A damaged liver can not play it's main role to produce the metabolites mentioned above.
Hope it was helpful to you.
