What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Further investigations- for actual condition - Gastroenterologist's opinion
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Recollected the previous discussions also.
Noted the history related to your Mother having HCV positive.
The old report of 01/12/2015 shows normal liver.
The fresh report of 10/09/2016 shows liver: mildly enlarged in size, with homogenous parenchymal echotexure, no solid or cystic lesions, no intrahepatic biliary dilatation; as also no nodes or ascites or any other findings.
This is only mild hepatomegaly.

In view of the previous happenings in family, I would advise you to consult a Gastroenterologist and get the clinical evaluation, examination and investigations as asked for for proper diagnosis, follow-up and further management.
Since there is no focal lesion in the liver, the worry is less. But yet we have to get a confirmed condition in which the patient is going through.
Please get these things done and give feedback.

To give you what happened exactly my mother has knees pain problem and she started taking medicines and missed out the supporting medicine (gas problem)because of medicines can this have impact on the scan results?
As explained below.
Detailed Answer:
Not feeling well can not be the reason for liver changes.
Starting medicine for knee pain can cause liver changes if any are hepatotoxic. Most of the medicines are not hepatotoxic.
Missing on supporting medicines may not be responsible for hepatomegaly.
