Brief Answer:
Hello dear. It appears benign.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the details. Image appears that of a cyst hence benign lesion. Howevee the definite diagnosis can only be made by a needle aspiration test. I would advise for a clinical breast examination. If the clinician has any suspicion, needle test can be done.
Thanks and regards
