What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

I want to start trying for pregnancy from March '17.
PCOS, weight reduction and lifestyle modification
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
I have reviewed all your reports.
The reports are suggestive of bilateral polycystic ovarian syndrome or PCOS.
It is a hormonal disturbance which leads to irregular ovulation or no ovulation and irregular periods.
This leads to difficulty in spontaneous conception.
Lifestyle changes, regular exercise and weight loss are the key treatment of this syndrome, which leads to improvement in hormonal profile and hence leads to ovulation and conception.
You are maintaining your exercise regime and diet nicely, as you have reduced desired weight in a month.
Youshould try to conceive spontaneously while on this regime. If unable to conceive in next 4-6 months, you should go for ovulation induction drugs to assist ovulation and hence conception.
Moreover, your husband' s semen analysis should also be done to find if there is any factor associated on his part.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

I also want to understand the cause of this. Also, what is the difference between PCOS & PCOD? And which 1 do I have? How many cysts do I have and what is their size? How can I know if I am ovulating now or not because the doctor was saying I might not be ovulating.
I do get spotting in mid-cycle so I thought I might be ovulating then. What is the cause of spotting otherwise and at different times why the spotting is occurring?
Are their any natural ways to treat this? I had also been eating soaked methi seeds since a month. And saw few treatments including amla & flaxseed in diet.
I want to wait for 2 more months as I don't want to get pregnant when I am overweight. Not sure what complication may occur. So is it fine? The condition will not worsen right?
Please advise.
PCOS
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
PCOS and PCOD are the different name of the same disorder. You have this hormonal disturbance.
Spotting in the midcycle is usually suggestive of ovulation.
However, other causes of ospotting like local lesions in cervix or vagina should be ruled out. PCOD patients can ovulate once in a while.
Weight reduction is the only method to treat this.you should continue walking, exercise and diet for that.
It is always good to get pregnant with normal weight as complications like diabetes and hypertension are higher in obese pregnant patients.
