No dominant follicle

Left Ovary - An irregular cystic structure 20 X 14 X 14 mm; Vol - 2.3 cc noted.
?premature rupture of follicle.
A dominant follicle measuring 1.1 X 0.5 cms.

Overall Impression:

IRREGULAR CYSTIC STRUCTURES IN BILATERAL OVARIES.-
?Corpus luteal cyst (?premature rupture of follicle.)

My medical history below:

I have a hydrosalpinx left sided fallopian tube with minimal spillage detected in 2014. My right sided tube is hale and healthy till 2015. In Aug 2015, I got pregnant with an ectopic pregnancy and got treated with Methotroxate 2 dosages.

After my ectopic pregnancy, my right sided fallopian tube (which was earlier fine) also turned hydrosalpinx and is detected as blocked in HSG.

Brief Answer:
Corpus luteal cysts

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
I have reviewed the report.
It shows corpus luteal cyst in both the ovaries. Corpus luteal cyst are formed after the ovulation, in the ovaries. It means that there had been early ovulation in the ovaries or they might have formed by the ovulation in the last menstrual cycle, and are persisting till now.
However, as both the tubes are blocked, you need to go for IVF for conception.
In the IVF cycle, you undergo controlled ovulation stimulation so that the ovum are retrieved for conception.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
No treatment needed for corpus luteal cysts

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Chances of spontaneous pregnancy in bilateral hydrosalpinx are extremely low.
The corpus luteal cysts are small and need no treatment.
It is possible that the 2 corpus luteal cyst in each ovary are formed in different menstrual cycles.
