Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
Dear XXXXXXX
Dr. Purushottam here. I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.
First of all do not panic.
Please calm down.
At the outset I would like to assure you that the treatment taken so far has no damaging effects on your reproductive system.
What I could guess from your history is that you had your pain mainly due the calculus or some mild kind of pelvic infection.
As such my guess is from your history only.
In anyway the combination antibiotics taken already is helpful in treating pelvic infection also.
Your ovarian cyst appears functional only. You can repeat sonography after your next menses to see if the cyst has regressed or is persistent.
For colic or twist like pain , use of DIcyclomine or Hyoscine tablet will be of help. You need to seek prescription support from your treating doctor for the spasm relieving medicines.
As you are planning to conceive in the future, please opt for a healthy lifestyle.
I will suggest you to drink plenty of water 2 to 2.5 liters per day.
Have a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen.
Please meditate regularly.
Engage in creative activities.
Strat on Folic acid, Vitamin B12 supplements at least 3 months before you plan the pregnancy.
I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.

Do not worry. No risk to you and husband. Seek urologist opinion.
Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
thanks for appreciating the answer and reverting back.
As on now you need not take any antibiotic, if you have already taken that course .
Secondly, minimal free fluid immediately after menses is quite a normal finding.
Pelvic infection is a clinical finding if per vaginal examination reveals painful movements of uterus or pain on ether side of the uterus.
If there is no documented pelvic infection , you need not worry about yourself, your ability to get pregnant or about any risk to your husband.
Please get prescription from treating doctor for analgesic and anti spasm medicines to be used as needed for the pain.
Please consult urologist , to seek help for issue of renal tract stone.
I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
