Brief Answer:
Pain killers with alfa blockers and plenty of fluids daily.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist,i can understand your concern.

The scan shows both kidneys having small stones, with a stone below left kidney.
Such people also have some routine tests like :
1. urine routine and culture.
2. blood routine,creatinine,uric acid,calcium,phosphorus,RBS,LFT,and platelets.
After examination by an Urologist, history about any other illness or treatment being taken is recorded.
Is this the first episode of stone formation or is it a recurrent problem.
Till the following details are known,he will be given following :
1. pain killers.
2. Alfa blocker tablets. and
3. Drink about 12-15 glasses fluids daily.
Once you send me the reports and history of the stone episode,i'll advise further.

Wish you well.

Brief Answer:
A CT-IVU scan is advised.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

You're advised to have a CT-IVU scan.
This will give the most accurate picture of your stone problem.
Accordingly,an expert advise can be given, after seeing the reports of tests advised.
You can start a Potassium magnesium citrate tablet or syrup.
Plenty of fluids as advised.

Send all the reports, for an expert opinion.
Wish you well.
