What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?
Question: Good evening sir/mam
My mother age is about 56. One day she got a severe pain in her stomach..we went to doctor for treatment. There he have given medicine for relief and suggested us to go for ultrasound.. according to the ultrasound report as per doctor there is a stone in gall blader and also get a small myoma at left utero cervical junction...( ultrasound report is enclosed) ...and he tell us for the surgery.. I only want to know that whether we go for surgery in both cases in one time or we have to go different surgery for both.. and one more thing I want to know that in case of myoma surgery whether uterus will move out or only the affected area...

Noted the history well, and the ultrasound report too seen.
Report shows a single stone in the gall bladder - 13-14 mm - there is also a small myoma at hte uterocervical junction.
You can go for the surgery of both if the Surgeon is competent and has an experience to do such a combined Surgery.
Both can be done by Laparoscopy hence least pain, discomfort, early recovery and least blood loss.
It is the decision by your Surgeon that will decide.
And I think hysterectomy is the best tool for any myoma as your Mother is already into menopause hence hysterectomy would be a better choice considering her age.
Uterus will be removed, as per my knowledge.
