What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Question: My Sister (age 24)recently done whole abdomen USG scan and recently found in report that -Ovarian cyst(?) observed
USG report attached.
Could you please study the report and let me know whether there is any concern or not.

I have seen the attached reports and except for polycystic ovaries there is nothing to worry
Kindly elaborate the complaints for which ultrasound was fonr so that i can advise you better

USG was done as per doctor advise due to gas,acidity, bloating/cramp in abdomen and indigestion.
