What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?
Question: Hello Doctor,
I have irregular periods. My ultrasound revealed that I have thickened endometrium (11.6 mm) and a small cyst (35 mm) in the left ovary. My doctor prescribed Krimson 35 strip and told me to take it regularly. Due to some reasons, I stopped it five days back (There are still 7 tablets pending in the strip), as I was out of station. I still haven't got my periods yet, even though my due date passed away. I am concerned about this. Would it cause any effects? What should I do to compensate the missed dosages? Please advise.

Brief Answer:
Wait
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Welcome to HCM,
I would be best to wait for your period which your will get in next 3 to 4 days after which you can start a new pack of krimson.
Don't panic.
This will not harm your uterus or ovary. We will just wait for your period and then restart krimson.
If you still have any concern let me know.
Hope this helps
Regards

Thank you so much, Doctor :)
One small clarification. We are planning for a temple visit this week end. If I get my periods, can I use Premolut N to postpone it? My concern on using Premolut N is that, I already have irregular periods and I don't want to complicate it more. Also, please let me know if Premolut N can be used even after getting periods?
Thanks in advance.

Brief Answer:
Better take primulot from now
Detailed Answer:
If you are planning a temple visit, then better take Primulot from today till the day you want to postpone. Don't worry about the effect on your periods it's fine.
So it would be best to take Primolut and then you would get your period once you stop.
