You findings suggests fat deposition in liver cells(fatty liver).
Fat deposition causes increased echotexture.
Fatty liver may be due to hepatitis, obesity, alcohol intake, metabolic disorder etc.
It may be due to obesity in your case.
You may need few more investigations like lipid profile, liver function test .
It is important know cholesterol,LDL,triglyceride level etc.HDL is considered as good lipid and you have good number of HDL.
Fatty liver is a reversible condition and it may reverse in 5-6 months if proper precautions are taken.
You should avoid fried and fatty food.
Go for brisk walk regularly.
Take lot of fruits and vegetables in your diet.
Your findings also suggests mildly increased uric acid. Initailly it should be tried to control by diet and life style changes. You should avoid high purine diet like red meat etc.Avoid alcohol if you take it.
If uric acid is persistently increased then you may need uricosuric drugs like allopurinol.
ESR is towards upper limit and this is acceptable. It is non specific.
