Brief Answer:
wait for creeatinine and eGfr reports

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your history and understand you are looking for a specialist's answer. I am a physician and I am associated with department of Nephrology. Since your question is posted to Ask A Doctor (not Ask A Specialist), it may take awhile for nephrologist to get this query. Therefore I shall take the opportunity to answer the query. Further if there is a need, I am ready to take curb side consultation with specialist from my department.

1. It is difficult to predict acute renal failure merely on size of kidney. Gfr and urea creatinine is necessary to label it as acute renal failure. Therefore if you have no serious symptoms currently, you may wait until eGFR and creatinine reports are out and then consult your specialist.

2. In the meantime, I would like to review your complete ultrasound reports. You have an option to scan and upload reports on this web page. Please utilize it. I will also need some more history:
- Has frequency and volume of your urination reduced??
- Do you get burning micturation??
- Have you any time got intense pain in abdomen radiating to groin or back??
- Do you history of hypertension??

Awaiting your reply

Regards

Brief Answer:
wait for gfr and urea creatine reports

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for giving history in detail,

From what history you have given and seeing your ultrasound report their don't seems to be any pathology associated,

Wait for Gfr and urea and creatinine reports it needs to be correlated with it
Till then no treatment is needed,

Don't worry,
Be relaxed.
