Recent Ultrasound Report: Right Kidney 7.8 cm x 3.4 cm x 2.9 cm Renal Cortex 1.2 cm Left Kidney 7.5 cm x 4.4 cm x 4.0 cm Renal Cortex 1.5 cm No other kidney related abnormalities found Ultrasound (before 1 and half year) Report Right Kidney 9.3 cm x 3.4 cm x 4.7 cm Left Kidney 9.4 cm x 5.5 cm x 4.1 cm No diabetes, no heart disease. No symptoms at present.
What is significant of the recent report. An Acute kidney failure? Can I wait for 3 days until blood test report like eGFR and Creatine or should I go for emergency treatment? Or what home care/medicine I need to take before I get blood test report and get appointment of my Primary Care Physician.please advice.

No renalparenchymal mass, focal corticle loss or hydronephrosis is present.
I took "Planetary Herbals "Stone Free" tablets for last about 2 months for Gall Bladder Stone pain relief. Can It damage my kidneys. I stopped that herbal medicine after getting Ultrasound report.
