Brief Answer:
Possible Mild liver dysfunction.Reversible with conservative management.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I interpreted your concern.

I have gone through your uploaded reports as well.

The lab changes reflect mild derangement of liver function.

This stage is very much reversible. For follow up you can get an ultrasound of the liver.

Acidity and Indigestion can be linked to liver dysfunction.

A short course of drug therapy coupled with lifestyle modification will ameliorate your symptoms.

I generally recommend my patients oral tablets of Pantocid and syrup Aristozyme to troubleshoot indigestion and acidity for 21 days. Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe them to you.

Stop alcohol and smoking if any.

Consume oatmeal every day.

Regular exercise for 20min/day -Jog or brisk walk.

Include apple or pomegranate in your diet daily.

Drink 3 liters of water each day.

Completely cut down fried and fatty foodstuff.

Your symptoms should resolve by 1 month with this therapy.

In case if you still have trouble, get an upper GIT endoscopy for further management.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Limit Milk intake-Relevant dietary recommendations provided.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir

I understand your concern.

Treatment of liver dysfunction may center on developing healthy dietary guidelines, in addition to making some key adjustments in your relationship with food. They are as follows.

1.Balance your dietary intake of fats.

Increase your omega-3 essential fatty acids by adding high-quality fish oil to your diet. Decrease your omega-6 essential fatty acids found in corn oil, safflower oil, and sunflower oil.

Eliminate trans fats (hydrogenated oils) completely from your diet. Choose healthy saturated fats like virgin coconut oil, and healthy monounsaturated fats such as olive oil.

2.Eat foods that have natural antimicrobial properties such as garlic, cayenne pepper, and ginger.

3.Eat foods that can help excrete heavy metals such as cilantro/coriander.

4.Eat foods that boost the immune system, such as turmeric (curry powder), green tea, and blueberries.

5.Increase the good bacteria in your digestive system by taking probiotics.

6.Increase the vegetables in your diet, especially dark green vegetables.

7.Increase fiber and omega-3 essential fatty acids by adding ground flax seed to your diet. Fiber helps eliminate toxins more effectively from the body.

8.Add organic sprouted nuts and seeds to your diet.

9.Drink plenty of purified water. Water is an excellent detoxifier and helps eliminate toxins.

10.Eat a healthy balance of proteins, carbs, and fats. The ratio should be 40% carbs, 30% proteins, and 30% fats (40-30-30). Protein malnutrition can lead to fatty liver.

11.Consider vitamin-B complex supplementation, since B vitamins are known to assist liver function, and reduce homocysteine levels.

Foods to AVOID

1. Alcoholic beverages

2. Raw shellfish. These can contain the hepatitis A virus, which can cause serious liver damage.

3. Wild mushrooms. These contain toxins that can cause serious liver damage

4. All simple or refined carbohydrates (white flour, white rice, white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes, crackers, processed snack foods, etc.)

5.All foods containing refined sugar or artificial sugar substitutes such as Aspartame and Splenda. Choose a natural sweetener like Xylosweetl instead.

6. Limited dairy. Dairy products can cause undue stress on the liver.Hence limit the intake of Milk.

7. Pickled foods

8. Carbonated soft drinks that cause blood pH levels to become acidic

9. Seafood, such as oysters, clams, and lobster that may contain toxic levels of mercury

10. Deep-sea fish such as tuna, mackerel, and swordfish that may contain also toxic levels of mercury.

11. Farm-raised fish DO NOT CONTAIN enough omega-3 essential fatty acids, due to their land-based diets. Choose wild-caught salmon instead.

12. Avoid processed foods such as hot dogs, lunch meats, and bacon

13. Limited caffeine intake. Excessive consumption of caffeine can disrupt the body’s systems.

Hope this info will be helpful to you.
