What Does This Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?
Question: Hi
Im 6 week pregnant..and its my 2 pregnancy.my first pregnancy had complications- i had spotting soon my pregnancy was confirmed.a sub chorionic bleed.and my scan reports had shown prominent NT to support my pregnancy dr had prescribed sustained progestron release till 3rd month later hcg inj for sub chorionic hematoma.things went till my anomaly scan which later confirmed to have multiple anomalies(dandy walker)finally we had to decide to terminate my pregnancy.
Now im pregnant for the 2 time.no bleeding till now dr had give folxt.
After the 6 week scan it was mentioned that the cardiac activity z good .sac is slightly irregular for this my dr had advised me to take regular folic acid+ dubagest sr 300 mg.
Im very much concerned now will help me to avoid previous consequences. Im desperate to have a child..

I have gone through your history and now at 6 weeks foetal cardiac activity is present which is a very good sign but irregular sac is a little cause of concern but as your doctor gave right treatment to support pregnancy kindly continue with the same.
Along with your treatment you should start taking healthy and nutritious diet, do not take stress, do some yoga and meditation, drink a lot of water, take appropriate sleep and think positive.
One more important thing to repeat your scan after 2 weeks.
Have you done your beta hcg test to see the hcg hormone level.
Consult your doctor for progesterone and hcg support through injection.
Think positive that is important in your case, whatever happened we will not be able to change, so enjoy your motherhood.
