What Does This Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

Question: I had tried for an abortion by medicines 15 days back when the size of the pregnancy was 6 weeks. My latest sonograpy report says, there is a hypoechoic collection noted in endometrial cavity measuring 1.6×0.9 cm. Endometrium is 5.0 mm. And POD- no free fluid. Right and left ovary is normal in size and location. The urinary bladder is distended and normal. Please confirm, if the pregnancy is terminated completely?

Doctor, please suggest whether any further medication is required? As the report says, some particles are still lying inside. Is there any further chance of increasing in the size of pregnanacy? The urine test done today at home was positive. And there is bleeding also. Will the remaining particles inside may cause any complications later? Or this can be avoided?

If there is no bleeding wait without worrying. The remaining part looks like blood clot only.

Urine tests might show positive for some more time.

Doctor, whether these remaining particles will go out automatically or need to clean it inside with some other procedure. The bleeding is still there. Plase suggest , whether bleeding is good at this stage? Or it should have stopped by now.. Please
