According to the ultrasound scan reports you have attached. Pregnancy is not detected. What is it you are really bothered off?

i have heavy pain in stomuch and blood clot come out several time from last 3 days

Not pregnant.

Detailed Answer:
The scan is upper abdominal scan, You should a pelvic scan to rule out any pathologies in the uterus. If the scan is not suggesting any diagnosis then i recommend you to get examined by a gynaecologist. But in scan reports you have attached, doesn't shows you are pregnant.

You can get Beta HCG levels checked to see weather you are pregnant.
