Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
It is suggestive of a vascular fibroid but it is not confirmatory.
You will need to get an MRI of pelvis done to confirm what exactly it is.
Also what are her symptoms?
Does she have irregular excess periods or painful menses?
Feel free to consult me directly

on her last period it was very painful, far more than normal, and she passed larger blood clots than normal. So the doctor asked her to get a ultrasound as we are trying to have a child.

Detailed Answer:
If there is a fibroid then conceiving can be a problem.
I strongly suggest an MRI. Would be a good idea to discuss that with her and her Primary Care giver. Once that's done follow up with me and we can go over the results.
