Question: Hi, I'm 56 Male overweight but fairly healthy (bike to work every day)
I have just tested my urine with a Combur7 Test kit.
All appears normal apart from the reading on the line marked ERY which show up green speckled with yellow. 4+ 250 ERY/ul.
Is this anything to worry about?

My urine has had a strong smell for a few months now.
(My wife had a kit to check her diabetes levels so I just checked mine)

Hi
I have run the test again 7.15am (2nd urine of the day) and the test is fine now.
I am not really concerned about it as I have no other symptoms
Is there a best time of the day to take the test?
