Brief Answer:
Urine analysis report that you have posted seems to be normal

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .

Based on the findings of your urine analysis that you have posted like negative for leukocyte esterase ,protein and nitrite suggest that there is no bacterial infection in urine .

The presence of 0.3 mg erythrocytes is normal .

As regards pain in lower back and low abdomen can be due to Pelvic Infection and need to be investigated

Please consult your Gynecologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done -
1) Urine culture
2) Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen and pelvis

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you .

Thanks and Regards.
