12/30/2015
SG - 1.010
Occult Blood - Trace
RBC - 0-2 / hpf

2/19/16
SG - 1.009
OB - NEG
RBC - 0-2 /hpf

3/14/16
SG - 1.020
OB - TRACE
RBC - 0-2 /hpf

4/14/16
SG - 1.009
OB - NEG
RBC - 0-2/hpf

My doctor prescribed Cipro without any urine culture as he assumed it is because of mild bacterial prostatis.

Brief Answer:
Preauth raised for the patient XXXX XXXXXXX , Age: 48Years 10Months 1

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I feel that your doctor is going the right way. Your reports' results are not very concerning as of now. However, they are not confirmatory in excluding things.

Infection or minor trauma could be possible reasons. However, following up with further similar tests would be useful. If there is increased number of RBC, your doctor may want to investigate further with an abdominal CT to rule out kidney pathology.

Hope it helps
