What Does This Urine Test Report Indicate?

Brief Answer:
It can be followed and repeated after a week or two
Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.
First of all, the changes in these tests needs to be correlated with the symptoms if any, as in abscence of any clinical signs both labs can be a normal variant and may need to be tracked by repeating after a week or so to see the trend specially in white cells. Hopefully they ll be normal by then and try repeating the urine sample after taking good amount of water.
Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.

Hi again Doctor:
Just more quick questions. I previously had a severe episode of vertigo which seems to be getting better. I am eating better but have been fighting sinus issues which also seem to be resolving. Was on Amoxicillin but only took it for 7 days cause of the continuous diarrhea. Not sure if I had a stomach bug which is going around. Could these symptoms cause a change in the wbc. I don't have any bruises, which caused me a bit concern. Plus as far as the occult blood in the urine of 2+, which is this considered significant the column to the right on the blood test result indicated negative. Thank you for help which is truly appreciated.

Brief Answer:
Infective causes of diarrhea needs to be ruled out too
Detailed Answer:
Hi! Thanks for sharing the details.
It's good that vertigo is getting better, but diarrhea can be due to amoxicillin as well as can be infective as in salmonella or few such strains low WBC count with diarrhea can be present. For that a repeat cell counts can be done and of still low, blood cultures, CRP and stool analysis and culture can be performed. Drug induced diarrhea usually doesn't cause White cell changes. Vertigo can also be with salts and water loss so make sure you have rehydrated yourself ample with Oral rehydration salts and fluids. Urinalysis needs to be repeated as it can be a normal variant if water intake isn't enough or dehydration has been present. If pain less blood loss in urine is persistant than an ultrasound KUB and urologist review may be needed. Regards.
