Brief Answer:
Urine report indicates an infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your question on HCM

I do understand your concern

“As” per your medical report you have 6-8 pus cell present and normally it presents 1-2 in HPF, and normally there should not be any yeast cell present in urine so if you have any clinical symptoms like burning pain and irritation then you can discuss with your treating Doctor to take a full course of antibiotics along with a probiotics like lactobacillus and drink more than 10 glass of water per day.

Thanks and wish you a good health
