Dear Friend.
If you were asymptomatic and this result was on routine examination.
There are 2 possibilities:
1. Contaminated Sample.
2. Asymptomatic Urinary tract infection.
In such scenario I advise to repeat a Urine examination and to get a Urine culture done.
If Urine culture grows some organism I would advise treatment else not.
Discuss with your doctor about my opinion and revert back with the culture report.
If you have any further query please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
