Brief Answer:
Discussed causes and treatment method

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
I think I can help you.
The most common cause of recurrent uti is incomplete treatment of the previous uti.
It's often due to inadequate or inappropriate antibiotics cover.
The other cause includes diabetes, poor hygiene and reduced fluid intake as the common causes.

of course bladder and kidney causes are the other causes. a simple ultrasound can help evaluate them.

I would suggest a complete cover as per the culture report that you have. There should be a sensitivity report along with the culture report. Take at least 15 days of antibiotics.

I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information contained in this message will be able to help you find the best solution for your problem. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.

Thank you Dr. Mittal. However, I do not understand what you suggest - "a complete cover" as per the culture report. What is a "complete cover"? What should be included in the "sensitivity report? Sensitivity to medication? To the antibiotics?

Brief Answer:
Specific information

Detailed Answer:
sensitivity report tells us the antibiotics that the organism is sensitive to. As for complete cover, it would mean a correct antibiotic for minimum 15 to 21 days.
