What Does This Urine Test Result Indicate?
Question: Doctor I am 36 yr old women ,last few days i have urinary infection ,i took tablet norflox 400 and clotrimazo candid supositer.today i got the uriene result.it is mentioned Albumin s.trace, sugar nil and puscells-field full.what it means that puscells field full.pl dr.give me ur goog information

Based on the facts and report of your urine test results that you have posted you seem to have UTI .
It is normal to have presence of trace of Albumin in presence of infection and nothing to be worried about it .
Get your urine culture tests done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to so that you can take appropriate antibiotic as per culture report to help to control infection .
In the mean while start taking Cefotaxime and Nitrofurantoin twice daily along with urine alkalizer like Citralka thrice daily later on switch on to appropriate antibiotic as per culture report .
Ensure to drink more water to keep your urine dilute .This will help to control dysuria .
