Brief Answer:
Urinary infection with secondary scrotal changes.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query and a specific question: please define the facts and remedies >>

You reports are showing urinary tract infection and secondary effects to it in the scrotum. I will try to elucidate, please ask more if any doubts remain.

The urine report is showing numerous pus cells, indicating an active urinary tract infection. These large number of pus cells show a positive albumin report. Value of + shows this and will come down to nil as the infection will settle.
The RBCs of 20 to 22/hpf indicate that the mucosal lining is inflamed to an extent that there is mild oozing of blood ( USG is not showing any stones).

USG : scrotum is showing swelling of the epididymis inflammation and the changes in the spermatic cord and hydrocele and all changes which is due to infection of the urinary tract migrated to the genital tract as a retrograde infection. The minimal hydrocele is always secondary ( due) to infection of the scrotal contents and will settle with treatment. Another epididymis on the left side is showing tiny crystals have no diagnostic value .

USG abdomen:Fatty infiltration is an incidental finding. No stones seen in the urinary tract at the moment .

All the conditions needs the similar treatment.

Urine culture and sensitivity report is indicated. This will help you in further change of antibiotics if required.
Continue the present treatment; drink plenty of water orally.
