Brief Answer:
Both tests are negative for respective diseases.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I understand your concern.

These results do not show that you have typhoid.

The Widal test is positive if TO antigen titer is more than 1:160 in an active infection, or if TH antigen titer is more than 1:160 in past infection or in immunized persons.

A single Widal test is of little clinical relevance due to the number of cross-reacting infections. Repeat test in case of persistent symptoms. Only a change I titer from 1/40 to 1/160 is significant in diagnosing Typhoid.

Regarding dengue antibodies, positive IgG represents an old/remote infection

In the absence of symptoms, this test is insignificant.

Post your further queries if any.

Thank you.
