There is a triangular opacity in left lower zone abutting left border of the heart,it seems segmental collapse of left lung(lower zone). Segmental Collapse may be due to many reasons like mass,tuberculosis,retained secretions etc.
Bronchovascular markings are also increased,it may be due to ageing or infection.
Left CP angle is clear.Right CP angle is not seen properly.
There are degenerative changes in thoracic vertebra.
Your condition need clinical correlation and further investigations.
Contrast CT Scan of thorax should be done to find out the exact reason.
Proper treatment depend clinical findings and investigation reports.
