Brief Answer:
Mecobalamine is helpful.

Detailed Answer:

Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. You have got fracture humerus bone and tingling and numbness in fingers. This tingling indicates that one of nerve is pressed at some place. One possibility is at fracture site one of nerves is pressed. Second possibility is nerves are pressed due to cervical spondylosis(degenerative changes) in neck as it is common in your age. Mecobalamine is helpful in tingling and recovery of the nerves.
Nerve compression due to cervical spondylosis is confirmed by MRI of cervical spine.

You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
