I can understand your concern. The sudden feeling of tingling in right half with shortness of breath and episodes of noting off could be due to

: Transient ischemic attack - It means sudden temporary decrease in blood supply to brain.

: Cervical myelopathy (Compressive/non compressive) - Neck region disc can cause compression over spinal cord and it can cause tingling, pain, vertigo, weakness.

: Left side brain mass/lesion - Left brain controls right half. The tumor, small bleed, small ischemia all can cause your symptoms. Symptoms are produced especially involvement of internal capsule, thalamic area

: Psychiatric illness like chronic fatigue syndrome, anxiety, depression. All these disorders can present with above symptoms. They can be confirmed by excluding above causes and discussing it with Psychiatrist.

Now coming to the approach, you should consult neurologist for it. He will advise you few tests like

; Ultrasound doppler of neck vessels and CT angiography of brain vessels - It will rule out any partial block in arteries

: CT/MRI brain to rule out any lesion

: Few blood investigations like B12 level, folic acid level, Hemoglobin, peripheral smear. Deficiency of these can also cause above features.

: If neck pain also, then MRI cervical spine along with X ray cervical spine to rule out cervical myelopathy

If everything comes normal, then Psychiatrist help might be needed depending upon symptoms. Treatment will depend upon final confirmation.
