Question: my Bilirubin, total is 0.5. my bilirubin,Direct is 0.1. my Bilirubin,GGT is132 H Can you tell me what this means my Triglycerides 243 H HDL cholestrol 101 Am I doing something wrong particular to make them highmy

Bilirubin looks normal.
But the GGT is high. High GGT is usually seen in individuals who drink alcohol.
So if you have the habit of drinking alcohol, you need to quit it to bring GGT to baseline.
Triglycerides level is also high. Weight reduction, avoiding fatty foods and medications would help to bring it down to normal range.
